Agnieszka Stasiewicz-Swinney
Managing Director

Manager with diplomas in medicine as well as in public relations obtained at High School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw. She mastered her skills and competences in marketing and communication at many training courses among them the INSEAD in Paris. She has over 11 years experience in field of corporate and marketing communication. In January 2005 she founded the public relations agency COMM START. Before, she held a position of the Communication Director in Sanofi-Aventis (At that time Sanofi-Synthelabo). She set up a Communication Department and was responsible for all internal and external communication, including corporate and product public relations. Earlier, she was practicing in the field of marketing, working as a Product Manager in German chemical concern Merck and Amis Medica. She had her views and reports published in the following magazines ELLE, Uroda, Sukces, Gentelman, Åšwiat & Podróże. They were always illustrated with her own photographs. In her free time (as little as her energetic son allows to have) she takes photos, travels, and becomes fascinated with interior design and architecture.

Ewa Balcerska
Account Executive

Economist with wide knowledge of international relations and marketing issues. Having graduated the University of Lodz (International Relations faculty), Ewa spent almost 2 years in London - working and doing marketing and business studies (LCCI Certificates in Marketing and in Business & Administration). During this time she worked in the Press Office of Crombie, British fashion designer. Later on, she was working as an export specialist in one of the leading Polish cosmetic companies dealing with business development of English-speaking markets. Currently, Ewa works as a marketing & PR consultant, supporting and coordinating projects of a different nature. Fields of her operation include amongst others: marketing and PR campaigns, project management, business development and market research. Apart from that, she wouldn't do without a nice cup of coffee. Recently she has started discovering the world of wine (with a great pleasure!). Her biggest virtue would be ability of keeping in touch with people. Vice - constantly being on a diet; well... at least saying so...
